Outlook Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional II to join our team working with students in grades 6–12.
This position supports student learning, behavior management, and school operations while helping create a safe, structured, and positive educational environment. Responsibilities include working directly with students, assisting with online learning platforms, supporting classroom instruction, monitoring student behavior, helping with food service operations, and contributing to school communications and social media.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required (Associate's degree preferred)
ParaPro Assessment certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience working with at-risk youth preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
Ability to obtain SERVSAFE certification within 90 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. during the school year
